But at the expense of best battery life outside of gaming. We need to reboot to swap between the two modes. Both had some screen flex, and I found them pretty sturdy because Acer Predator Helios 300 has as metal while the Lenovo Legion Y540 is plastic but was also thicker.

Not only that, the Lenovo Legion Y540 has weird brightness, like the difference between 80 percent and 100 percent. The Acer Predator Helios 300, on the other hand, has an excellent, consistent brightness.
